Where should I go to get a mechanic to complete Drive Cycle and Reset Monitors?

Ohhh, if I could turn back time. I had my car serviced, battery disconnected and then tried to get my car Smogged. Passed emissions perfectly but failed 5 of the monitor reset tests (including: Catalyst, EVAP, secondary air system, oxygen sensor, oxygen sensor heater).
I'm in LA and completing these Drive Cycle tests is difficult. I've tried 3 times now and can't get any of the monitors to clear. Purchased a handheld diagnostic reader and am failing at every attempt.
Question: Do shops offer a "Drive Cycle Reset" service? If so, what can I expect to pay for it?
