Heavy steering with ABS and ASR lights with no SPEEDOMETER or ODOMETER

What is your question?

one day drove up to the house car was running GOOD. next day started up the car ABS and ASR lights stayed on, so i tooked it for a drive first the STEERING was HEAVY then the SPEEDOMETER or ODOMETER or MPG would not MOVE, everything else seems normal. I have checked FUSE #23 and the 3 FUSES in the COFFIN BOX all is GOOD!

What makes this problem better or worse?
