I have a 2006 Mercedes Benz r500. I I paid the dealer to install a new front fuse / relay box under the head. They put in a battery that turns on my battery light and start causing me to have to get my car jumped. Now my car won't start and I had to send it back to the dealership.They attempting to charge me over 2500, to diagnose all my modules to see why my car is not starting. After they put the battery in my car that cause me to have to get my Mercedes-Benz jumped. Anybody know what this problem might be please let me know as soon as possible

Since the dealership worked on my car
