There is a loud buzzing sound each time we start the car was told its air shocks

Hi Sonif, The buzzing noise could in fact be caused by the air compressor that is used for the air suspension. If this is something that is new to the car I would have it properly diagnosed, often times small leaks can develop in the air suspension system which make it necessary for the air compressor to come on and compensate for the pressure loss while the vehicle is parked. If not fixed the air pump could potentially fail due to excessive operation. A small air leak repair could often be a lot cheaper than an air compressor and a leak repair in the future.
