Water leaking in the cabin on the passenger side under the glove box, no coolant gone out of the resavor

2004 ML 500 Mercedes - water leaking in the cabin right under the glove box and the water that leaked doesn’t smell or look like coolant. I’ve checked the coolant and none has leaked out. The reservoir still has the same amount of coolant that I put in about 1 month ago. The car has not over heated. The leaking was a lot just dripping out fast but I don’t see any leaking out now. Have not heard any noises. I had to drive to work and back and was afraid to turn the heat on so I’m not sure if the heat is working. But the car has not over heated so far
