Yes it is...also the oil light but iv filled it and its stil on wont go off either....so it fires up and move but after u get going for about five minutes or stop it looses acceleration i can press the gas pedal but it will only go bout 20 miles per hour no power at all
You can go to an Autozone for a free 'check engine' code read. The codes usually direct you toward the nature of the problem. If you post the P0*** codes on here I may be able to direct you toward the proper and lowest priced solution of the problem. As for the check oil light being on with a good oil level, the oil level sensor itself may have failed and need replaced. Waiting for your reply.....

Defenition: evaportive emission system small leak
Low condition
Explanation: the evaportive emission system is monitored for its ability to hold vacum.....??
Probable cause; defective or loose fuel cap
Evap canister or hose cracked not connected
Purge or vent celinoid defective...???
Vacume leak at engine...????
With the running condition you have described and this code, the likely issue is an air intake vacuum leak. One or more of the vacuum hoses leading to the engine air intake system has: come loose, cracked or developed a hole. One way to discover which is to spray carburetor cleaner on the air intake hoses. When the engines surges, you have found the break in the vacuum. Good luck! Usual culprit to check first is the PCV valve hose.
