Damage or disconnection in the linkage, exacerbated by the left wiper incident, could be preventing the right wiper from moving. Another possibility is a malfunctioning wiper motor. To fix this, having an authorized Mercedes-Benz service center inspect and repair the wiper system to ensure proper functionality and safety in all weather conditions is best.
