Front headlight stuck sideways "active headlamps inoperable"

What is your question?

The front driver side headlight is stuck to the side and not facing forward. Getting a error message of "active headlamps inoperable". I was wondering if there is a quick fix to this or you need to replace the entire headlight unit?

The motor internally in headlamp is bad. You will have to replace entire assy.
