Severe front end "Suspension" noise when driving, going over curbs, very unsafe

What is your question?

My car makes a horrible front end noise when I drive, go over curbs or bumps. It is getting worse. Sway bars have been replaced, noise was gone for 1 day and then back. I want the dealer to look at my car.

What makes this problem better or worse?
