The "Check Engine" light and the "x1000 1/min"

The "Check Engine" light and the "x1000 1/min" light came on in my 2012 GL450 just a couple of weeks after having both front strut assemblies replaced as well as the rear air springs. Also had rear brake pad replaced as well as pad wear sensor--Vehicle has 89k miles
