Can the in-dash radio on a 2012 GL 350 be replaced with an aftermarket product?

I just purchased a 2012 GL 350. The Command interface is terrible (slow and not intuitive). Does anyone make a replacement in-dash radio/navigation system that is compatible with this car? I'd be grateful for any advice. Thanks.
