ABC hose at the front - top of the engine has blown off the mounting crimp twice

Hello, The power steering pump is likely low on power steering fluid, or there is a leak in the system. For the ABC pump, this system runs at extremely high pressure, so overpressure, while possible, is not very likely. Was the hose replaced the first or second time, or was it reinstalled?
