What would be the issue with my car

Hello, it could be that the engine is seized. Can you manually turn it with a breaker bar and socket on the crankshaft? Any reason to think that it's possibly seized? Certainly, the battery could be too low in charge to engage the starter motor, or the starter motor could be drawing excessive amperage. Also, cables could be corroded or have excessive resistance.
