I see a leak of Water or moisture from the Refrigerant Press/temp sensor hi side

My c320 is usually loud, but when ac starts it gets louder. Now I see moisture/water leaking from the reserve and refrigerants pressure/temp sensor from the hi side. What should my concerns be and how do I repair this?
