changinh broken window switch on 2003 c320

one of the switches that pulls down the drive side windor id broken, but take a while ot pull up and down. review a replacement switch it comes with the housing. you cant just replace one its a unit. alos the 03 c320 showing it has a phone in the menue, how do i activate it or do i go to the dealer. thank you Daniel
