My heat blowing on one side an on feet. Can you give me a lead way to help me out? Please

Could be the blend door servos acting up. Holding the Recirc and Front Defroster buttons until the lights begin to blink will apparently reset them. If that doesn't work, a Mercedes shop will need to read the codes stored (if any, only MB specific readers can see HVAC codes) in order to see what's going on.
