anyone with problems with gas tank leak 2004 C32AMG

Filled the car, drove home and noticed it was leaking gas, dripping down just inside the drivers rear tire. Leaked out approx 2 gal and has now stopped. Anyone know of what this might be, hose leak?? What else?? Car seemed to be running fine. Thought it might have taken more gas than I expected but no overflow at pump. Thanks
