Dashboard Malfunction lights Question

What is your question?

My dasboard malfunction lights are telling me that I need to add coolant and windsheild washer fluid, so I did. I drove it and then it still said that I have these two malfunctions. It happens right after I take off are even if I drive it for 15 mins. I even added more of each fluid and still it says this. I also see no leaks of any kind. Please help.
