connection between leak in door vacuum and the engine hesitating while Driving?

I was having some trouble with the PSE pump, apparently there was a leak in the actuators (driver side). I disconnected it so the pump wouldnt burn out. Shortly after that ive been having these annoying hesiations and loss of power while driving. Im hoping once i replace the damaged doorlock actuators, reconnecting the PSE pump, it'll solve that problem. Could it be something else? Thank you.
