how do you turn of economy mode on 1998 clk 320 mercedes benz

There is no economy mode. If you have a 98 CLK320, you have a W and S near the shifter. W start the car in 2nd gear and it will feel slower. S is for summer or Sport and it will start in 1st and feel faster. Alex
