Sounds like your drains may be clogged. Take the top down and look along the inner edge of the body just behind the hinge. You should see a small cup that captures water draining from the top. The water is supposed to drain down a rubber tube to the bottom of the vehicle. When the tubes are clogged the water doesn't drain, fills the cup and spills into the interior. You can run a small diameter wire down the tubes to clear the clog.
