Won't go over 2500 RPMs when warm and stalls

Hello. Not much to offer here except to have diagnostic testing performed on the vehicle, using available tools that can communicate with the engine's processor and also work with the on board sensors and active components to determine what is failing. I'm pretty certain some diagnostic trouble codes will be found stored or active which can assist in the diagnostic process as well.
