rubbing and grinding sound when I turn

Check inner fender linings or guards for rub marks. I had this problem after some repairs to a Mitsubishi Galant, and they didn't put all the plastic finder fasteners back in. The tire would rub the fender liner when turning one way. There should be signs of the rubbing or grinding noise. Only other thing that comes to mind is it could also be loose brake parts or worn CV joint.
