engin loosing power

What is your question?

I replace two Idle pully and replace a broken belt the car run ok for about 10 minutes and then the engin start to shut off when I take my foot off the gas pedal what could be wrong?

Are you talking about the timing belt and idlers? Recheck your camshaft timing, if it's not right the engine won't run well.
