can a bad coil pack cause my alternator not to charge my battery

ive changed my alternator and battery .. checked wire harness etc. but cant get it to charge the only code it throws when i hook it too witec is bad coilpack ..it does have a lil miss in it

The coil pack has nothing to do with the alternator. Suggest you pull the alternator and take it to a parts store, where they can test it, generally free of charge (no pun intended!).
