my car dosent want to come out of park.. it does not want to engage out of park.

The first thing I would look at is to see if you have brake lights that work. If not, the brake light switch and / or wiring connector to that switch could be faulty. This also releases the shifter interlock. Otherwise, it could be an issue with the interlock itself...but I doubt it.
