if the harmonic balance and crank shaft seal needed replacing again how much would it cost me?

To replace the crankshaft front seal the timing belt has to be removed a little over 2.5 hours to replace that, the seal is about $8 the balancer is $125 to $180 replacement is part of replacing the crank seal.
