420 code mil light on work done &still on

Vacuum leak or low fuel delivery to the cylinders. a 420 code indicates lean. inspect the vacuum hoses and intake gaskets for a leak, and check your fuel delivery, pressure and so forth. a 420 code is very often mis-diagnosed as a bad cat or o2 sensor.
