How hard is for me to replace the radiator in my 1999 Mazda Miata?

Your problem IS MY PROBLEM---I have 1999 Miata as well (NB). Go to You Tube, look up Mishimoto Radiators and watch the video. The NB is alot easier to replace radiators---the two main retainers are on top. MY RECOMMENDATION (I've done the research). Go on E-bay and get a Mishimoto radiator kit (Aluminium Radiator, upper/lower hoses, fans and shroud) $499.00. Mishimoto IS NOT THE BEST Radiator (but who has $500++ for a Ron Davis Radiator?)and Koyo has better welds b-u-t Mishimoto has a life time warrantee whereas the Koyo is a year or less(?). Go with the Mish!!! While yer at it, slap in a Mish 140 degree Thermastat like I'm doing. Your Miata will easily go 300K (as my 1991 did) I-F you are religious about the maintenance. Radiators must be flushed every year. FYI, coolant does not cool---it only protects against freezing and rusting!!! Water cools better than coolant but water alone has problems. Again, watch the Mish video---mechanics want $150++ to take off some hoses, drain some fluids and lift up and out!!!
