What is your question?
Two weeks ago I purchased a 2022 Mazda CX-5. *One of the reasons I chose this car was because it drove so smoothly I felt like I was gliding, even over large bumps like train tracks.* Earlier this week I was leaving a parking lot which slopes down to the road. My front drivers side tire hit the road first, at an angle, with a pretty big bump. I no longer feel the smoothness I loved so much. I feel every single bump on the road, no matter how small, and it’s like I feel it in my seat, right underneath me. It’s like whatever was absorbing those bumps before is no longer working. Have I ruined my suspension or shocks? Has anyone out there experienced this issue? I did check my tire pressure yesterday. All were at 40. Any suggestions and answers are welcome! I appreciate any help I can get. I called my Mazda dealership but I don’t feel like they’re taking me seriously.
How long has your 2021 Mazda CX-5 had this problem?

Same thing happened with mine after hitting a pothole! Did they ever figure out a solution?
