Hi this is Dusty, I'm one of the auto experts on RepairPal's Car Genius team. That's a very unfortunate situation, and something that should be remedied as soon as possible, there is a potential safety risk anytime there is a fuel leak. Based on the conditions you've described I believe the source of the leak would be the fuel tank, specifically where the fuel pump goes into the tank, or any other related components that are installed into or on top of the tank. When you decelerate or accelerate, go through a turn, or go over a bumpy road the liquid fuel in the tank is being jostled and splashed in the tank. If you've lost confidence in the dealer, feel free, give us a call at (877) 913-1554 and we'll help locate a reputable shop near you to have that situation resolved.
