Why is my Mazda Connect system is not working, navigation, radio, etc?

Mazda symbol loads and goes away, reloads, etc. Tried hard reset and also removed battery cable. Now radio can't be used at all due to reset and channels won't change. Bluetooth does not operate either. All seems to be related to functions on the touchscreen
