water found in the rear of the vehicle caused wire corrosion and water sucked into the AWD. The AWD light came on the dash and has stayed on for the past month.

Hello, You cannot "replace the AWD system". The All Wheel Drive system is made up of many different individual components. First one must determine what is not working properly so that area can be repaired. When you say that "water (was) sucked into the AWD" do you mean into then rear differential? Or some other component? A hands on assessment is needed to determine what is needed for repair.
