my trunk wont open

with the car shut off and pressing the unlock all doors button, i can hear it clicking but the trunk will not open.

What makes this problem better or worse?

extreme cold weather makes it worse

Hello, unlocking all doors should not open your trunk.Only going to the trunk and opening it will open it. I'm not sure I understand the concern properly.
