Just get the slides lubricated. Use good brake pads and drive a little easier. You wouldn't believe the soccer moms out there driving like they're qualifying.

Brakes are a wear item, so warranties do not cover. The windshield does not sound like something Mazda could have avoided for you. All kinds of things fly off the road and crack windshields. The seat problem may still be covered under warranty, unless it's all the way back and you are just too tall for the car.
