What is your question?
The code said "engine coolant temperature sensor" so replaced it, then all lights came back on within 2 miles of driving through neighborhoods-no more than 35 mph. Temperature gauge goes up to "H" and then air conditioner starts blowing warm before check engine, TSC/DCS on & off lights come back on and engine seems like it's got less power. Had battery tested and replaced because code reset said "engine coolant temperature circuit low input". Now reset lights, car was cool from sitting for over a day. Started driving speeds up to 60 mph & Air conditioning stopped blowing cold after 3 miles, temperature gauge kept getting hotter until the check engine, TSC/DCS on & off all came back on and then temperature gauge went from "H" to "C" like it quit working. There's enough coolant in the reservoir, we added 2 qts of oil but nothing is fixing it. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I really need my car for medical visits.

Hello, sounds like there is guessing going on by pulling diagnostic trouble codes and taking a literal translation of the shop manual information into replacement of parts - which is a big problem. Trouble codes are to assist in the diagnostic process. Testing must occur following a workshop manual procedure for every code -- and every symptom, even without codes. Hands on testing is needed. My first gut opinion -- just reading -- sounds like your cooling fan(s) may not be working. That may be just one of many problems, but I'd sure check there. Overheating at anytime is very bad for the engine and can cause further damage -- so even if the original concern is fixed, you may have other ones that have begun as a result of continual overheating. Beware of that. Hands on testing is needed. https://repairpal.com/auto-repair-near-me Click the link or call us at 877-913-1554. We'll gladly find you a certified RepairPal shop in your area.
