Replaced my starter. I can hear the starter motor run and spin but will not engage the flywheel and start my car.

Hello, sounds to me like the starter motor that you have just installed could be bad. If that's not the case, the engine could be seized. Have you verified the engine turns if you put a breaker bar and socket on the crankshaft and turn it manually?
