I contacted Mazda and 3 dealerships today. No was the answer all around.
The only help I got was from searching the web and calling dealerships so that I could get dealerships to match/beat each other's prices on parts and labor, drop the diagnostic fee. One service manager told me they have a "Demographic pricing" basis that jacks the part price up based on the zip code.
