What is your question?
3 days ago, I was driving my 2009 Mazda 6. While merging on to the interstate (RPMs at 4500) the battery light came on and then shut off after my RPMs dropped back down. About 10 minutes later a bunch of lights on my dash came on - battery, DSC OFF, traction control light, and parking brake. The car started to lurch then my speedometer dropped down to 0, the radio and lights never shut off. I shut off the heater, radio, lights & seat warmer and was able to limp my car in to work. We replaced the battery and serpentine belt and the alternator tested at 14.5v. This happened again today except the speedometer never went to 0, the dash lights all shut off except for the check engine light. Car starts up just fine. Not sure if this is a grounding issue? Thoughts?
How long has your 2009 Mazda 6 had this problem?
