Does the TCU cause the trans to go in gear , it tries to move but slips. rev to

Car shifted find rerouted some of the transmission wires ,cause it was rebuilt Les than a year and they did run them correctly when I drove it the next time it started slipping then it went to going in gear but not pulling

What makes this problem better or worse?

Same goes I in gear but doesn't pull
