Wont go. Can hear transmission go into gear,but just wont move. At same time my daughter inlaw seen what she thought was coolant on ground under front of car

Hello, If the transmission is felt going into gear, but will not move at all, this is likely a high degree of slippage. Underneath the vehicle, coolant on the ground would not cause this action, so I'm curious if it was transmission fluid. Check the transmission fluid level first, and top off as necessary. If the problem persists, the vehicle should see a certified technician/transmission expert.
