What is your question?
Alexander's Diagnostic in Austintown has failed to repair my car 3 times. In fact my car is in much worse shape since they worked on it. They refuse to honor their warranty. I am in contact with ALLSTATE and I am asking them to quit doing business with your company as the shop recommended is not a reliable honest shop. The Allstate app should not be giving the name of a shop that is not trustworthy. I was not able to find any feedback link. I'll never look to your app for a recommendation as you did not deliver what you advertised.

Hello, this forum is answered by folks that try to help answer maintenance or repair questions -- but no one who answers questions here are affiliated with the "recommendations" made or "certification" of any shop. The few of us who try to answer questions are just trying to help. As such - I'd strongly recommend that you consult the service manager at the repair facility, as there is clearly something not satisfactory to you. I can't know anything or everything about your concern - but I'm sure equally reasonable minds on both sides can resolve any issue. Good luck!
I am in negotiations with the repair shop. Repair Pal did help with that once I got in touch with them directly.
