What is your question?
My car starts to surge at 2500 rpm to about 3500 rpm. It becomes more dramatic when I am giving it a little more gas. I put seafoam in the gas tank along with heet and a new air filter. I am also on the fourth tank of gas since it started. I also cleaned the battery post. Non of the above has helped. The engine light is not on either.

Surging could be a vacuum leak, loss of fuel pressure, failing ignition or a sensor giving false signals to the fuel/ignition management computer. Too hard to guess with out doing some diagnostic test. Even thought the Check Engine Light is not on a professional grade scan tool has great diagnostic capabilities and can look at live sensor information without having to do individual intrusive testing at each sensor. The tool sees what the computer in your sees and what way it reacts.
