Left blinker does not work, but on the dash flashes

Did you check both the front and rear bulbs? Are the bulb entirely correct for the vehicle per the owners guide? Double check to make sure all signal bulbs are the proper ones for the vehicle and installed properly. After this, further testing will be needed, but I'm thinking this will solve your concern.
