ON my mazda 6 there is a vibranen coming from my back tire

You could have a faulty worn wheel hub and bearing. You could also have abnormal tire wear - "cupping" for example, which can be quite noisy. Run your hand over the surface of the tire and inspect for high and low spots all over.

Check your tire pressure too. You can get some really bad braking noise if the pressure is a lot too high or low.
