How to fix the noise for back driver side tire

On my mazda6 I have a vibration noise coming from the back driver side door and it is just get worse. I have replaced the bolts. Does eny on now how to fix this broblem

You could have a faulty worn wheel hub and bearing. You could also have abnormal tire wear - "cupping" for example, which can be quite noisy. Run your hand over the surface of the tire and inspect for high and low spots all over.
