The radio is on,but i can't turn from the radio station. Nor can I switch to any other channel or to the bluetooth.
What makes this problem better or worse?

Sounds like something is locking up the controls on your audio unit. A "factory reset" of the unit may help operation - seek professional guidance from a qualified experienced technician with proper diagnostic equipment, or your Mazda dealership. If this does not help, you may require audio unit servicing. Side note: ensure all non-factory devices are removed and disconnected! Bluetooth phone connections, USB cables and other components can also corrupt proper operation. You may find everything releases and works as needed without a device connected!
