lighting system strobing

Hello, sounds like an electrical grounding issue of some sort, probably related to the charging system. Ensure all connections to the battery and charging system are clean and secure. Have your alternator checked for proper amperage and voltage outputs. Ensure you have a fully charged battery that can handle a load. My impression is that you will spot something that isn't quite right after inspecting those areas.
