Check engine, red temp and blue temp lights on. Already replaced ECT Sensor.

We replaced rear motor mount and transmission mount and believe that something may have been dislodged. The check engine light and both red and blue temperature lights are on and don't turn off. When the car is turned off the fan wont turn off either. The only way we have found to turn it off is to pull the cooling fan fuse. The car is running great other than the indicator lights being on and fan not turning off. There are no leaks or odd noises. We worry that if this continues it could damage the battery as well as the engine.
