What is your question?
I jacked up the car, took off both front wheels and put the tranny in neuteral. When I turn the barke rotor on the driver's side it makes a little grinding noise for about one quarter of the turn and it's noticeably harder to turn than the passenger's side rotor. On the road there's no noise but the car pulls to the left. The brake pads are almost gone, could that be the reason? I also changed struts myself a few months ago, could I did something wrong? Thanks!

Sounds like you have a binding caliper; your basically driving your car with the left front brake applied which will cause the pull you mentioned. The binding caliper will cause premature pad wear. The caliper slides could be frozen or you could have a bad brake hose on that side. Check both sides for proper caliper slide movement when you make the repair.
did this occur BEFORE or AFTER your strut replacement? If after, then it is possible that the caliper was twisted while installing it...kinking the brake hose. If the calipers are NOT binding like what Herb Ackside thinks they are, your brake hoses are bad, allowing fluid one way but not the other...
Hi! Thanks for the informative reply! It happened a couple of months after the struts replacement, and I should had been more specific - the brake pads were on low before the problem, not as the result of the problem. The steering wheel noticeably pulls to the left too. Caliper problem makes sense, I also found a post mentioning a possible worn out bushing, although no any noise at any speed that I can tell. Thanks again!
